OUR CANDLES
What ingredients go into my candle?
Our candles are made from 100% soy wax, not from petroleum based paraffin wax, bees wax, or palm wax.
Why use soy?
Soy wax, derived from vegetables, is all-natural, nontoxic, nonhazardous and a renewable resource. Soy offers the best value, too, burning up to 50% longer than other kinds of wax
How long should my candle last?
Your soy wax candle will provide over 60 hours of warm and relaxing candlelight.
What fragrances are used in my candle?
Each of our candles are formulated with premium fragrances.
Can I get custom candles?
Absolutely! We can customize candles for weddings, corporate gifting and even private label candles for your existing brands. Minimum quantities apply. Send us an email at bellaj@zindigo.com

OUR CHARMS
How is my charm protected from the candle’s flame and hot wax?
Our charms are insulated with protective foil to ensure your charm is beautiful from the moment you unwrap it.
What is the value of the hidden charms?
You’ll receive a charm with an estimated retail value of $10 to $450. However, a few extraordinary charms are valued at up to $10,000!
How do I know if I have one of the $10,000 charms?
Each of the $10,000 diamond charms is on a silver chain and will have a tag that specifies the charm’s value.
How long does it take to reveal the hidden charm?
You’ll see the protective foil packet containing your charm within about 2 hours, but wait 1-2 more hours until the packet is loose in the wax.  Remember to blow out the candle, let the wax cool, and use a tweezers to remove the foil packet from the glass jar.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped as soon as your order ships.
If I order regular delivery when will my shipment arrive?
It normally takes between 5-10 business days.
If I order overnight delivery when will my shipment arrive?
If you order before 11AM EST it will arrive 1 business day later. Please note if you order after 11AM EST Friday or on the weekend your order will not be processed till Monday and will arrive on Tuesday.
If I order 2 day shipping when will it arrive?
If you order before 11AM EST it will arrive 2 business days later. Please note if you order after 11AM EST Friday or on the weekend your order will not be processed till Monday and will arrive on Wednesday.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we do ship to Canada but it is International Shipping via Federal Express and you may incur taxes and duties along with the shipping cost.
Can I return my candle?
Yes, you can return any unused and unburned candles for a refund. Just notify us by email within 7 days of delivery that you are requesting a refund. When shipping your return to us, get a tracking number to ensure your package is safely delivered to our warehouse.
What if my candle is damaged?
Just email us a photo of the damaged candle to bellaj@zindigo.com along with your order number, and we’ll replace your damaged candle within a few business days.
